Products

All the workshop products are handmade, everything is created from A to Z by me. The materials are indicated in each description of my articles. Most of my jewelry is made from polymer clay, my candles and fondants are made from vegetable soy wax.

The primers used are nickel free, lead free, and I also offer optional stainless steel on my items for people with allergies. It is possible to have fasteners for non-pierced ears, just contact me in the "CONTACT" section of the site.

It is forbidden to reproduce the products of the brand Craquer without crunching, nor to take pictures of the products, which belong to my brand.

  Custom order

It is possible to carry out personalized orders, whether for jewelry or for a complete table decoration for an event. To do this, just contact me in the "CONTACT" section of the site, response within 24 hours. Fast and completely free quote that does not commit to anything. You will find an overview of certain orders in the Wedding section of the site.

Shipping and delivery

The products are sent by bubble letter or colissimo. Shipments are made by registered letter in order to avoid any loss of the package. This shipping method allows you to track your package by entering the tracking number on the post office website. It is possible to pick up your orders at my workshop in MUTIGNEY (39290)

Where can I find my creations?

You will find some of my creations here on the website. I also exhibited in different markets (Artisanal, Nightlife, Christmas etc ...) you will find the dates and exhibition venues on the calendar homepage  of the site (red dot under the dates of events) but also on my Facebook page "Crack without crunch" where you will find all the events, contests, news etc ..

I do not have a physical store but I am starting to put my products in artisans. You have the google map in the contact section where there are all my partners. I am constantly looking to expand my contacts so do not hesitate to write to me if you are interested in having some of my creations in your store :)

Return, exchange

Return of unworn (new) products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the order.  Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be returned with parcel tracking. (Excluding custom order)

Refund

The reimbursement will be made by a voucher valid on the website https://craquersanscoquer.com/ or on a stand (date and places of exhibition on the home page).
